Founded in 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya, SmartPay began with a simple mission: to make digital payments accessible, affordable, and secure for every African. Our founders recognized the challenges of cross-border payments, high transaction fees, and limited access to financial services that many Africans face daily.

What started as a small team of fintech enthusiasts has grown into a pan-African financial platform serving thousands of businesses across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda. We've processed over KES 2B+ in transactions, helping individuals and businesses transact seamlessly.
